I’m Constance Dikeledi Kekana (22) born in Limpopo, Bela-Bela, grew up in Hammanskraal where I began my childhood. I completed my matric in 2014 and I wen to Tshwane North TVET College in 2016 to study Management Assistant.

Why Management Assistant
To be honest the theory made it look so easy, but now that I’m training and I see what it needed and entails, it’s not that easy but am enjoying it. Mainly because it has allowed me to get out my shell, my confidence has improved, it has allowed to get in touch my strength and weakness, made me realise that I’m a people’s person which is something I never knew.
Internship
The first time I heard about GwConnect was from a friend, I tried to register myself multiple times but couldn’t the system have kept kicking me out. But I decided to submit my CV to Pretoria Central, 2 months later I received a call and email detailing Interview details at SoluGrowth by Outex
Company
I’m now working as an Administrator/Reception Intern in one of best Business Process solutions company called SoluGrowth (Pty) Ltd. It is all thanks to Outex and Gwconnect. I’m forever grateful for this opportunity.
