My name is Khanyisa Matrosov Chabalala, 22 years old. I currently reside in Tembisa but I’m originally
from Limpopo (Giyani). I matriculated in 2015 at Vutlharhi High School. I furthered my studies at
Tshwane North TVET college. I enrolled for Financial Management course completed my N6 in 2017.

Why Financial Management
I have chosen Financial Management because since I was a kid, I always pictured myself working
in a bank or a commercial business. I love working with numbers I always dreamt of being and
accountant (cost or accounting). By studying Financial Management, I Know I have chosen a right path
and I am still going into a right direction.
Internship
It always took me a year applying for internship with no luck. And then early this year a friend of mine
sent me a picture of a post advertised from Facebook that Outex is looking for candidates for an 18-months period internship. I took efforts to search the person who advertised at Facebook to find out if it was and old post, her name being Rorisang Sibanyoni and she’s from Outex as far as I know. I text her via inbox told her about my story, and of whereabouts I got to know about her/post and the reason why I texted her.
She told me to register with GWConnect. And all I had to do was to update my information since I applied before while at college. I was called within 3 days to an Interview at Solugrowth. And I passed an interview.
