My name is Promise Mokoena. I am 25-years-old. I have completed my matric at Shanke in 2007. I then furthered my studies in Financial Management at Tshwane North College. That was perfect opportunity for me to explore my Knowledge and skills about business.
Work Experience
*I worked at Shoprite as a cashier at Thorntree plaza until end of contract then I volunteered at Department of Education.
Why Financial Management N6
I chose financial management because I love working with numbers and I love accounting. Finance is the industry that have many opportunities.
Internship
I applied to many companies and banks but I didn’t succeed. On the 11 July 2016, I saw GWConnect page on Facebook, saying register your CV if you have N6 Financial Management, immediately I registered. A month later I received a call inviting me for an interview at Mustek, unfortunately I didn’t pass the interview. After a week, I received a call again inviting me for an interview at Sandton Plant Hire, fortunately I passed. Everything was possible by GWConnect and OUTEX. I am grateful because they didn’t give up on me after failing my first interview.
Company
Sandton plant hire has a welcoming environment and friendly staff. I am based in debtor’s department and my colleagues are always helpful. Santon Plant Hire is a company I wish to work for after completing my internship because you learn new things every day.
