My Name is Nkateko Shivambu I was born in village called Bungeni in Limpopo Province, I then Moved to Tembisa where I first attended Nyiko primary school and went to matriculate at Ikusasa comprehensive school also in Tembisa, I Furthered my studies at Ekurhuleni West College (Kempton Campus) I studied financial management from N4 Up to N6 in 2018. I’m a hard worker, Confident, Persistent, disciplined and I pay attention to details.
Work Experience
*During my studies at Ekurhuleni West College I worked part time as a sales consultant at Loads of Living from April 2016 up to April 2018, I Worked mostly on weekends, holidays and when school was closed.
Why Financial management
I Studied Financial Management because I have always been passionate about Accounting and dealing with numbers, As money is an important aspect in any business, Being able to help the company utilize its funds wisely and make good future business decisions is what motivates me to be in this finance industry and I will be able manage my own budget .
Internship
After completing my N6 I applied to different companies but not even one response , When I started to lose hope my former classmate told me about Gwconnect then I registered my profile online, After seven months later I got a call from Lesedi Madubanya one of the Outex Consultant invited me for Pre-interview at Outex and I went there I passed the Pre-interview, I was told that my formal Interview will be based at University of Pretoria, Within a week I got a call again from Outex and I was told that I have formal Interview on the 15th of June 2019, I went to the University of Pretoria for Formal Interview and After 4 Hours of the interview I was contacted by one of Outex representatives saying that my interview was successful.

I am now a financial intern at University of Pretoria which is one of the biggest leading Institution in South Africa and Africa, I am very fortunate to be working at Department of Finance of the University of Pretoria, It is a Healthy and welcoming environment to work at and the staff members are friendly and Professional.
