My name is Koketso Shantell Mothiba, I was born in 1997 at Hammanskraal in a small town called Temba. I went to school there until I completed matric in 2015 at Ratshepo Secondary School. After matric I stayed at home for 6 months and I applied at Tshwane North College Pretoria campus for the second semester. after I passed N5, 2018 first semester I took a gap of 6 months due to personal reasons but I went back to study on the second semester and completed N6 the very same year.

Why Financial management
I fell deeply in love with accounting at Secondary school, and funny thing is that it was my worst enemy at first. But after I understood it with the courage of my teacher, I started enjoying it and it has been my favorite ever since. And I also prefer numbers than reading. So when I went to college all I wanted was anything to do with accounting. And I am very happy I choose Financial Management because I would like to become a chartered Accountant one day.
Internship
In the beginning of the year 2019 after completing N6, We received a notice that we must go and submit our CV’s at the college, the following day I went to submit my CV and after a few days I received a call from Outex, they advised me to register at GWconnect. After some time I received an interview invitation, I went to the interview and unfortunately it was unsuccessful due to my shyness and I was very disappointed because I was never used to failure but they comforted me and promised to call me again when they have posts. And after two months I received another interview invitation and I told my self that this one it is mine, I prepared myself and went to the interview. The next day I received a call informing me that I got the internship. I was very excited.
Company
Outex is a very nice company, we are providing financial services to the clients. I love working at Outex and I have been gaining a lot of experience. And the staff is super friendly and I was welcomed with very warm hands. The working environment is just wonderful and healthy. And I am very grateful for the opportunity Outex gave me.
