My name is Sphiwe Mbali from Stinkwater in Hammanskraal, I went to high school at Tipfuxeni Secondary School and after high school thought I will take a gap year I only took 6 months and volunteered for community in May 2015 I registered for second semester started at Pretoria Tshwane North College

Why Management Assistant
Honesty when I went to Tshwane North College I wanted to study Hospitality , and they did not take me because I did not do consumer subject at high school and they told me to think and choose another course and I decided to do Management Course , and I liked it and finished my course .
Internship
So when I finish my N6 , I was looking for internships and a friend by the name of Kagiso Kgomani we studied together at TNC and he has an organization now that assist TVETs students to find internships I told him , so he told me about GW connect , and I registered and he sent email to Outex with my needed details they contacted me and I did everything they asked me and went for all the interview process and passed then started my internship .
Company
I got the opportunity to do my internship at King Price Insurance , I am in call center as claims administrator , I enjoy working here because there is too much growth as we don’t settle at one department , we do rotations , and there people that works here are kind and can accommodate us , they don’t discriminate us because we are interns instead they are free to teach us new things and we getting experience that we never thought we will get .
