About Me
My name is Zanele Nkuna I am 27 years old, I reside in Windmill park in the Eastrand. I matriculated in 2010 from Erasmus Monareng SS and then I decided to do a computer course as part of furthering my studies at Siyafunda CTC. But unfortunately, that wasn’t enough for me to get exactly the type of a job that I was looking for at that moment. Going back to school helped me a lot, it wasn’t easy as. I’m a wife and a mother there were circumstances and doubts along the way but I made it and ended up where I always wished to be because I didn’t give up and I knew what I wanted.

Work Experience
*I worked for 3 different companies before being Woolworths where I was working Sales assistant/Customer service, then I worked for Molopo Tech as an administrator, I lastly worked for FNB as a sales consultant and I was retrenched that’s when I decided to back to school and do Financial Management course and I did well and I completed. Fortunately, and luckily, I didn’t get to sit for a while for me to get and internship after completing my N6.

Why Financial Management
I chose Finance because I thrive in a competitive environment. I fell I am among the best and need to be surrounded by like-minded people who challenge me on a daily basis, I enjoy working with numbers and solving situations numerically.

Internship
I applied for many companies on the internet website and I almost lost hope because I didn’t understand of why wasn’t called after having to go to school for all those months, I never applied for internship at (Outex/Intelleto) apparently they got my information at the campus I attend to, they called and asked me if I was working or got the internship already and I said no, and they told me they have a an open internship available, and they invited me to an interview with Ithemba property group and gave me time to prepare my self and also sending me a very helpful interview questionnaire. I attended the interview and I was called by Outex to inform me about the good news and the starting date, it was the best time of my life I was very excited and couldn’t wait to start.

Company
I’m currently working for Ithemba property group and I was placed by Outex, I work as a Debtors/Collections Clerk(intern). The Company is very good, and it has been doing great so far, its growing big, the environment and people are very nice and were welcoming and a very helpful hard-working team I have. I got the opportunity to practically experience the things I studied theoretically at school and I must say because of dedication and very eager to learn, I’m mastering the duties of the department. I’m forever thankful for the opportunity given by Outex may they continue to help others
