My name is Phiwokwakhe Jeffrey Mahlalela I am 24 years old, I come from Mpumalanga in a small town colled Newskom. I finished my High School in Gauteng in Thuto Lesedi Secondary School then I decided to further my studies by studying Financial Management in Ekurhuleni West College in Germiston and I obtained my N6 Certificate with great results.
Work Experience
*After I matriculated in 2015, I took a gap year hoping maybe I will get a job, but not I stayed the whole year doing nothing, then I decided to further my studies by registering in EWC
Why Financial Management
I choose Financial Management because I like dealing with figures and it also teaches me to be focus all the time.
Internship
After I completed my studies I attended a "Work Readiness Program" that was provided by SETA and it was held in Ekurhuleni West College in Germiston for two weeks and I dropped my CV because they told every students that there are going to help us in getting internships.
In three weeks I got a call from Outex to register online they want to help me to an internship, I did so an in four months times they called me and told me that they have arranged an interview for me in one of the big insurance companies in SA and I got the internship an now lam a happy guy.
Company
The company that l am working for it's a very big company we are working as a team more especially in the Finance Department they are allowing me to grow within the group, I learn every day and I am also doing my best for the company to employ me permanently.
