My name is Boniter Rasekgololo, I currently reside at Ebony Park, Midrand. I Matriculated in 2013 at Tsosoloso Ya Afrika High School. I later went to EWC (Ekhurhuleni West TVET College) to study Human Resources Management.

Why Human Resource
I am passionate about working with people so when I went to enrolled at EWC a student patrol agent advised me that I should enroll in HR, and I took the advised and having near looked back. I enjoyed everything about course, and I has been eye opening how the HR field works. I believe the role of the HR department is to bridge the gap between organizations/ enterprises and its employees. It is there to help develop, maintain and sustain enterprises. It is basically the middleman between organization, employees and trade unions.
Internship
I received an email from my-college and signed up, they requested I scan my certified ID copy, a certified copy of my N6 results and CV. I later received an email saying I've inviting me to an interview at McCarthy Training Academy and I was selected.
Company
I really love the working environment; the employees and staff of McCarthy have really taught me a lot. I have really improved my communication skills, I am a better listener, than when I started my internships. I know how to calm down and assure angry, confused and irritated clients. I learned about contracts and the confidentiality clause and why it is important to keep people's personal documents safe. Bidvest McCarthy has taught me a lot about record keeping. And Different Learner Management systems.
