My name is Nomfundo Colidia Luvhimbi am 25 years old I currently reside at Ext 6 Soshanguve I matriculated in 2013 at Hlomphanang secondary school. I went to Tshwane North TVET College to further my studies in Human Resource Management.
Work Experience
*I was working as a parker at Willards Snackworld for 6 months then in 2018 I started working at BMW as a general worker.
Why Human Resource Management
I am passionate about working with people so when I went to enroll at TNC a student patrol agent advised me that I should enroll in HR, and I took the advised and having near looked back I enjoy everything about the course and I have been eye opening how the HR field works. I believe the role of HR department is to bridge the gap between organizations/enterprises and its employees.
Internship
I received a call from my college inviting me for an interview, I was interviewed by Christa a Liaison Officer of OUTEX I passed the interview I was told that am going to work for a company called OUTEX.
Company
I really love the working environment the employees have really taught me a lot, I have improved my communications skills, I am a better listener and I have learned about contracts and the confidentiality.
