My name is Samuel Loeto, I reside in the Ivory park in Midrand. I matriculated in 2011 at Naledi Secondary School. I went to further my studies at Taletso TVET College in Lichtenburg and that is where I studied my Human Resources Management Course and completed in 2017.
Work Experience
*I started working at Dischem DC (Distribution centre) at Midrand in June 2016 to June 2017 as a stock controller, After end of contract I Worked at Longmeadow Pick and pay DC (Distribution centre)as a picker from 2017 July Till 2018 February and enrolled on a learnership of 1 year at credit rescue at Pretoria where I was doing junior marketing and administration for the company. After the learnership was completed I started at Centurion Woolworths DC (Distribution centre) as an off loader where later I was called to begin my internship at Outex till to date.
Why Human Resource Management
I choose to study Human Resource Management because I am passionate about working with people and interacting with them. I have good listening, Problem solving and communication skills and In this field I know that I can solve problems and challenges that employees face on daily basis and make it a point that people look forward to do what they get paid for and they enjoy their work to a point where they want to achieve more in the companies they are working for. I want to change lives and Motivate employees to be happy and productive at work.
Internship
I was searching on internet about internship of N6 Human Resources, One day in just saw a page about my college and tried to register but with no luck, three weeks later I received a call from one of the agents who sent me details about my college and how I should register.
Company
The company I work for is 36xero, the environment is good, and the people are very friendly and treat me as one of their own, I am willing to learn as much as I can.
