I am Lebowang Sandra Machete a 26-years old self- motivated young lady, originally from Giyani (Limpopo) and currently staying at Midrand (Vorna Velly). I completed my matric on 2011 at Sasekani High School and on June 2016 I decided to enrol at Westcol TVET College whereby I completed my N6 in Human Resources Management in the year 2018. Work Experience
*I worked for a period of six months at bakwena tollgate as a Toll Collector and my duties was to collect money from the motorist. And worked at Marikana High School as a volunteer admin assistant for a period of six months.
Why Human Resource Management
understand more concerning the HR department From high school I always had the passion for office work that is where I choose to go with HR challenges which I encountered during two years of theory and it helped me.
Internship
After completing my N6 (July 2018) the real life began, I started to apply for an internship. I would spend most of my time at internet cafe applying for any open HR post. I stayed at home for a period of one year and four months without any luck until the sourcing team at Outex called and helped me to register with them through GW Connect. I registered my profile and four months later I received an email and later a call from Ruth (Management Assistant Intern) who invited me for an interview at OUTEX. Luckily, I made it on the interview, I was supposed to start the internship on the 25th of March but because Lockdown I reported on duty on the 15th of June 2020
Company
I am now working at Outex as an Intern and the company is based in Pretoria and I am part of the HR team. I enjoy the organization’s culture; I am working with a friendly and welcoming team. The team is also playing their part and they are always there to help where I cannot. I am really looking forward to learning, grow and implement the theory I have learned into reality.
