My name is Kgotatso Toni Leballo, I am 25 years old. Born in bred in Pretoria. Currently I live in Rosslyn, Nkwe Estates with my mother. I attended Tshwane South College (Odi Campus) and did Management Assistant from June 2017 to June 2019.
Work Experience
*I unfortunately do not have any work experience, so I am so privileged to have this internship opportunity as my first working experience.
Why Management Assistant
I chose to study Management Assistant because I drew inspiration from my mother who has been a Secretary for over 20 years, I also always loved to help people in any way that’s possible and that is one of the traits of being in this field of work, I believe that I am a great communicator and very organisational and analytical as well.
Internship
I received a call from Outex saying they love my profile and I should come for an interview, which was successful and I went to another interview with a client which was also successful and few days later they invited me for a contract signing and give me the start date and time but due to the COVID-19 the opportunity was put on hold because the company was not yet open for business. Few months done the line I received another call to come in for another interview and I also had a telephonic interview the very same day, which were both successful and they informed me that day when and what time I should report for work.
Company
I am now working for a company called Intelleto and it is a recruitment company which sources for permanent jobs for various positions, we do references, conduct interviews, contract signing and also do admin work on the system used to source candidates.
