My name is Dorcas Mbalate, I live at Buhle Park(Germiston). I matriculated in 2008 at Thuto- lesedi Secondary School in Vosloorus. I went to further my studies at Ekurhuleni West College in Katlehong, in 2014 I did Office Administration where I obtained a level 2 certificate, in 2015 I decided to do Human Resource Management and completed my N6 in 2016.
Work Experience
*When I was in matric I used to work on weekends and also during school holidays, in 2013 I worked for KFC in Sunward Park where I was in the customer service department.
Why Human Resource N6
I chose to do Human Resource management because I realised that I have passion for people, good communication skills and I'm also patient.
Internship
I applied for my internship to many companies and went to interviews and I had no luck.A friend of mine told me about GWConnect(Sbongile Mseleku), I registered within a week they replied and asked me to update my profile. After 2 weeks they called me for interview and I was successful they replied me same day after my interview
Company
The company I work for is OUTEX, the environment is very good and the people I work with are very friendly especially my HR team ( Mosa, Prudence and Kgaugelo) not forgetting my HR Manager Gerda Halgryn.
