My name is Thandolwethu Nkosi, a middle child of three girls from KZN, Umlazi currently residing in Boksburg, Gauteng due to work. I completed my matric in the year 2013 at Glenwood Christian School. I took a gap year then proceeded to do a Higher Certificate in Business Principles and Practices in 2015 at Varsity College. In 2016, I got accepted to study Accounting at the University of Free State, Bloemfontein campus and completed my BCom Accounting degree in 2019. I am a humble, hardworking individual who works exceptionally well with others. I am ambitious, self-motivated, and always give my very best with all that I do, approaching all tasks and challenges with optimism and as an opportunity to learn.

Why BCom Accounting degree
From primary, I have always loved working with numbers more than I did with words. My love for numbers grew when I got introduced to Accounting and so I decided to follow in that career path with the aspiration to become a Registered Auditor.
Internship
Upon completing my degree, I registered in a couple of job-seeking platforms one of them being PNet, which is where I came across a post requiring graduates with my qualification in particular. I applied and in December, I received a call from Nonceba to confirm my availability and willingness to relocate and then said she will call again in January which she did, requesting that I come over for an interview. It was my first ever interview and it was successful as I got a call to come start working four weeks later.
Company
I currently work for Outsourcing Experts, otherwise known as OUTEX, a company that provides Finance and Accounting services as well as Human Resource services. I was taken by it from the beginning during my interview with the warm and open Founders of the company who have also incorporated such a culture within their corporate walls and you feel it as soon as you step into their offices. I have been granted an opportunity to implement theory and skills that I have studied and a chance growth within my chosen career path.
