My name is Itumeleng Mokhutshoane, I am 24 years old from
Legonyane (village in Brits) I am a non-parental kid and was
raised and nurtured by my great grandparents till I finished
matric in 2013. I studied Management assistant at Orbit TVET
College and obtained my N6 in 2018.
Work Experience
*As I have worked as a data capture, have done basic
administration, supervision of events and a promoter, me
working experience has been nothing but great, being exposed
to the working environment as an introverted person I managed
to overcome my fears and come out of my comfort zone, I have
learnt new skills and working with different people have
taught me to appreciate people and show them that they are
valued.
Why Management Assistant
I chose to study Management assistant because with the kind of
jobs I have done I found it very interesting and decided to
study further and get a bigger picture about what the course
entails, and I think or rather believe that business
studies career also offers more opportunity for career
advancement than other careers. With career advancement comes
salary increases, professional respect, and an opportunity to
challenge yourself and many other perks as well.
Internship
One day one of my Facebook friends posted on their timeline
that if you studied Management Assistant and have obtained
your N6 and looking for an internship please direct message me
for more details I did, and I was given a number to send an
application text to and I did, Outex responded and I then
followed all instructions I was given to create my school
profile then it was taken from there till I got the internship.
Company
I am currently working for the Success Academy which is a
commercial real estate company that offers prime office
space/rental in Centurion Highveld with over 350 companies
currently occupying office space. The Success Academy strives
to serve their tenants, it offers its own in-house services.
We also offer our tenants an opportunity to interact with each
other once a month at our networking events.
CEO Charl du Toit also offers a business school where he
shares his insight, philosophy, wisdom and knowledge of his 20
years in the business to create an environment where people
can reach their full potential.
