My name is Bohlale Mashego, I was born in Mpumalanga I live in Daveyton currently. I’ve
completed my matric in 2017 and went to Phalaborwa Mopani South East TVET College to
further my studies in 2018 which I completed in 2019 June. I’m known for being a detail
orientated, well organized team player, am a good communicator and I can juggle multiple
task at once. I have always been passionate about numbers and accounting practices.

Why Financial Management
Finance is an essential component of any business. After completing Grade 9 I had to
choose which stream I would take for my remaining three years and I had to choose
Accounting because I love everything that involves finance. At college I even manage to get
a distinction at my final year in Cost and Management Accounting.
Internship
After I completed my N6 certificate I decided to relocate to Johannesburg to look for an
Internship. I was looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career, so I joined a
group called “Youth of Tsomo” and that’s where I heard about GWConnet website. I created
my profile there and within two months I was called for an interview at CFAO Motors (Pat
Hind Toyota). I attended an interview and I was told that I will receive feedback the very
same day if I was a successful candidate or not. Few hours late I received a phone call
notifying me that I was a successful candidate and they will send me all details about when I
can start begin with my internship.
Company
The company where I am currently working for it is team work orientated environment. I am
not just am an intern, I am one of their key components that assist in the company growth.
Working with CFAO Motors is a great experience for me it will definitely open doors for me in
future. I also look forward to adding value to this company with what I do
