My name is Kgaugelo Samantha Lepogo, I am 23 years old female. I was born on 31 August 1997 Pretoria Soshanguve. I was raised by my grandparents staying at Olievenhoutbosch. I started Primary school at Irene Middle School, from there I went to Steve Tshwete Secondary School that is where I obtained my matric in 2015.
In 2018 I applied at Tshwane South College to study Management Assistant. I was very good in Computer practice and information processing; I always focused on my studies and show determination I finished my course in 2019 June.
I am a good communicator, and I can juggle multiple tasks at once, I am always ready for delegated work and I always work hard so that I can gain more experience and grow.

Why Management Assistant N6
Management Assistant was not my 1st choice, I did not even know it. My 1st choice was Traveling and Tourism. Then I decided to do some research and check which course have many opportunities in the working field, that is when I noticed that MA is the one, so I decided to apply for it. Then when I start to attend classes, I saw that this is my calling because most of its job opportunities is working with people and I am a very patient person so I knew I will survive at the workplace.
Internship
A family member sent me the link tell me to upload my certificates and update my personal information on the website, because that is how she got her internship, so I did and after few months I received a call saying I should come to an interview. Then I did attend the interview then I passed.
Company
I am working for the company called The Success Academy is a property Company, in the Centurion area. We offer rentals for office space; we even do bookings for boardrooms. The Success Academy do not only offer office space to the tenants, but also gives back to the community, by means of our Servant Philosophy School we assist Business owners to reach their full potential. We also seriously involved in major Greening projects in our community through SAVE OUR PLANET – PLANT A TREE. We also make meaningful contribution towards saving our Rhinos through THE SUCCESS ACADEMY RHINO TRUST.
