About Me
My name is Molebogeng Desiree Ngwako, I currently reside in Midrand but originally from Mpumalanga, Seabe Village. In 2010 I matriculated from Ramoshidi Tech & Comm High School then went to further my studies at Denver Technical College doing Financial Management course and I completed N6 in 2012.

Work Experience
*After completing my N6 course I had hoped that I would find an internship right away but things turned out differently. In between 2013 and 2015 I managed to secure jobs at retails stores, Spar and Clicks, where I worked as a Cashier. Early 2015 I got an internship at a new established ICT Company but unfortunately the internship got suspended as the company did not have enough funds to pay our stipends.

Why Financial Management N6
Finance is a very broad industry and also one of the important skills in business world. I have seen most businesses shutting down operations due to financial crises and mismanagement, not only businesses but also people, they fail to settle their debts and end-up being blacklisted. I chose Financial Management because I want generate solutions to save growing businesses in their financial and operation business lifecycle, most especially SMMEs like the previous company I worked for. I first need to complete the final segment of my studies through an 18 months internship so to graduate and be awarded with a National N Diploma.

Internship
As I was browsing through my Facebook page, I saw an internship programme posted by Fasset with “The Graduates” link to register, from thereon I created my profile. The Graduates is a platform which is now called GWConnect, it exposed my profile to reputable companies like Outex. Outex Outsourcing Experts is a company based in Pretoria, they called and told me about a possible 18 months internship programme at Murray & Roberts. I first did a telephonic interview with Outex then a formal interview at Murray & Roberts offices. I received a call from Outex, they said my interview was successful and was required to start work on Monday 20 June 2016. I recommend that all other students/ N6 graduates seeking 18 months internship to register with GWConnect.

Company
Murray & Roberts is a leading engineering and construction services company and it is also recognised internationally. It is a healthy and welcoming environment to work at, the people are also friendly and helpful.
