My name is Thato Maponyane I am 30 years old; I stay in clayville Ex 21 I live with both my parents; I competed my high school in 2010 at El- Shaddai Christian school the following year enrolled at Vaal university of tech to study internal auditing due to financial difficulties I could not finish the duration of my studies.
In 2018 I enrolled at Ekurhuleni west collage that is where I obtained my qualification in financial management, I am currently under an internship with Outex working for their parent company Torrecid.
I am a fast learner, loyal and one of the hardest working individual I know, I pledge to always do my best.

Why Financial Management N6
I discovered in high school that I was good in accounting and I was really enjoying at as a subject, I took a decision in my final year of high school after obtaining 80% in one of my accounting exams I knew then what I wanted to study and pursue a career in financial management. My father I was my best motivation because he is an accountant by profession.
Internship
In 2019 mid-year in July, I completed the duration of my course while getting my statement of results one of the office administrators told me I should register for internships online and she referred me to Outex and sent me a link for registering and profile update.
I am really grateful for her assistance and information she provided me with because of her I was able to register with Outex and soon after registering I got a call from one of Outex administrators asking if I am still available for an internship and that should come for an interview, she directed me to their main office she was kind caring she kept calling to check if I was still coming and I got the right direction on the day of the interview. My interview was successful, and I was offered an opportunity and I intend to grab the opportunity with both hands and make use of this opportunity and do my best.
Outex is doing a great job for the youth seeking employment and experience and I’m really grateful for the opportunity granted.
