My name Khanyisile Msimango I am 23 years of age, I was born and raised in Katlehong .I am a very calm and down to earth person, yet I love interacting with people, and passionate about communications and learning new things .I Matriculated in the year 2016, and further studied Human Resources Management at Ekurhuleni West College from the year 2017-2018 where I received my N6 Higher Certificate.

Why Human Resources Management
I’m very passionate about assisting and helping people to improve the productivity of an organisation, I find it interesting working with different types of people, I studied Human Resources because I saw the high statistics of unemployment rates in South Africa and would love to bring the change in that and help both employees and employers understand their rights and responsibilities in the workplace, and what’s expected from them.
Internship
I have tried applying of an internship by myself many times, until a friend of mine told me about GWConnect (Outex). I visited the website and registered my profile. Within few months I was receiving calls to come for interviews but did not get chosen until now, I got contacted and told about the HR internship opportunity, I went for the interview and was chosen.
Company
I am working at Fine Blanking Engineering Company they make components like brass, metal and steel. I am blessed to be a part of the team I’m working with; they are very welcoming, understanding and very professional. I feel the experience I’m receiving will be beneficial for me in the future.
