My name is Mpho Lungelo Sibanda and I grew up in the township of Mamelodi, Pretoria. I Matriculated in 2016 and decided to go further my studies at the University of Johannesburg. I studied Accounting and then went on to do Internal Auditing.

I have always had a passion for business and back in high school I enjoyed doing accounting and maths. I then decided that after high school I’m going to pursue a career in commerce
Internship
As I was submitting my CV to different companies it was hard to actually get employment as a newly graduate who had no experience. I came across a post on social media that had companies and agencies where you could submit your CV for employment opportunities, after a few weeks I got a call from GWConnect asking if I was interested in an internship program, I said yes then got an interview, I went to the interview and after a month I got a call to come work

Megamaster is the largest supplier of lifestyle cooking and heating products in South Africa, with an expanded market presence in the United States. The work environment is fun, good and professional. You get to learn a lot from the finance department here because you are assigned to different tasks
