My name is Mbali Nkosi, I reside at Vosloorus in the Eastrand. I matriculated in 2013 at Illinge Secondary School. In 2019 I went to further my studies at Ekurhuleni West College at Kathorus campus and studied Human Resources Management (N4-N6) and completed in 2020.

Why Human Resource Management N6
I chose to do Human Resource Management because I’m passionate about working and interacting with people, I love seeing people being treated fairly and equal and getting the right employees for the organisation.
Internship
It was not easy getting an internship after obtaining my N6 certificate until I was referred by a friend who also got an internship from OUTEX, I then registered my Profile on GWConnect. I was called for an interview (within two months) on the 10th of May 2021 for the first time and it went successful and I stared working on the 12th of May 2021. I was so happy that my prayers have been answered.
Company
The company I work for is Stallion Security, I work there as payroll intern. They have a good reputation, the environment is good, the people are very welcoming and they treat me as one of their family member. I am looking forward to learn more about the company and I am willing to work at my best ability to ensure that their organizational goals are met.
