My name is Tebelelo Modise, I am 24 years old, I am from North West province in Rustenburg but currently living in Midrand Gauteng. I have both parents, two siblings, a daughter and a partner. I finished my matric in 2015 in Mafikeng, NW then went to study HR in 2016 in Krugersdorp Westcol TVET College. Success is what I am gunning for.!
Work Experience
*I do not really have much experience, after finishing my N6 in 2017 November I was already 8 months pregnant and I had to go home to give birth, so I stayed home while applying for internships/jobs until April 2019 when I got a job offer from a company called Karabo Parking as a cashier where I would assist customers who came shopping at a mall I was working at with issuing of parking tickets and charge them according to the hours they have parked. I worked there until May 2020 then I got retrenched because of COVID-19.
Why Human Resource Management N6
Honestly after matric I was really confused as to what I was going to study, all I know is that I did not want to sit at home and do nothing, I did not want a gap year as well so when I got to Westcol TVET College I had a choice between Financial Management and HR and I wanted nothing to do with numbers since I didn’t do well in Physical Sciences and Mathematics in Grade 12 so I chose HR and ever since I got this internship and the things that I have already been exposed to in the workplace I do not regret my decision.
Internship
To tell the truth I don’t know, if I knew I would say it was by God’s grace because ever since I finished my N6 in 2017 I never stopped applying for internships in different companies just so that I can get experience, graduate and get my diploma but it took 3 full years for my dreams to come true. Early 2020 I started receiving calls from a company called Intelleto asking me if I am still available for an internship, my answer was always yes until they called again to tell me that they have scored me an interview with one of their clients in Centurion. I have never been so excited in my life, at that moment I told and promised myself that I am going to get this internship no matter what and I GOT IT!

The name of the company I am working for now is Torrecid SA (Inc. in Spain), We produce raw materials for ceramic and glass. Torrecid group is present in 28 countries worldwide and has customers in 130 countries.
