My name is Glender Tshegofatso Managa, I reside in Soshanguve East. I matriculated at wallmansthal secondary school in 2013 then in 2014 I took a gab year. 2015 I enrolled at Tshwane North College for Marketing management course.
I completed my N6 marketing management in 2017.
Work Experience
*From 2018 - 2019 I was volunteering at the day care centres, teaching children’s basic skills such as colour, shape's, numbers, and e.c.t due to the pandemic (covid 19) I stayed home, unemployed.

I love to interact with people, I choose to study marketing management because it's the right platform for dealing with new people, learning more about business and to strategies. I'm a person who also wants to own a business and studied marketing management makes it easy for me to understand the business world.

There's this group at Facebook called Youth of Tsomo, I saw a post of marketing management internship I applied via email (Intelleto) Within few days, I received an email saying I should register my CV at GWConnect which I did in three days I received a call from Outex for an interview...
I thought it was a scam, I took a risk went to Outex, I was interviewed by OUTsurance team. Within two days I received a call again from Outex telling me that I pass an interview and I should come and sign contract
Company
The environment at my current company is very healthy, conducive, and very welcoming. It's a company that recognized and rewarding their employees, as we speak, I'm one of the employee who's being promoted from sale's agent to team manager. I'm still an intern in this wonderful position.
