I recently study Financial Management and finished the course in 2019 Where I was doing my N6…Studying towards a Diploma in Finance. I also study Event’s Management in 2015 which I did not finish due to lack of finance’s as I could not afford to travel from the East Rand to Pretoria, Also I had no Interest of doing Event’s, it was a course I did to pass time and to keep my self-motivated. I would like to think of myself as someone who is not afraid of challenges, I take them head on and I do not worry myself about the things that I cannot change, I am a hard worker, Goal driven and I believe as along has I know where I am headed and with the right Opportunities, I am quite sure I will be successes. One thing I am afraid of is failure and disappointment, But I know through that that’s where we learn to become the best version of ourselves and sometimes failure is necessary, It grows and builds a courage’s person, One who does not want to repeat the same mistakes.
Work Experience
*Though I do not have much experience.
While I was doing event’s managements during our first year were encouraged to find an Event’s center and volunteer them just to get the Gist of the Event’s world. I volunteered with Ascourts Mews Event center during the December holidays… It was a great Experience as I got to see how tricky and how much hard work is required in the event’s sector is needed as you are not only exposed to planning / Organizing an Event, but One is also involved from planning, decorating the venue to even assisting the Chefs with preparing the meals.
Why Financial Management N6
I choose to study Finance because, I guess it spoke to me, I like not to work hard running up and down on my feet all day, But I also like the fact that yes you don’t have to be on your feet all day, But financial Management is changing, You have to always be on you’re a game, Have a conscience mind and ready to take on any challenge thrown at you .I guess that’s what made me choose this path , It requires some who is determined and always focused, I won’t say I am always focused but I try my level best to be, I have learned a lot and you know in this field not every day is the same as yesterday, it comes with it’s on challenges on a daily base’s, What I wanted and want, I never wanted to be comfortable at what I do.
Internship
I got my Internship through OUTEX, I had applied with them, and I was told to load my CV and update my profile, I did that and one day I received an email and a call from one of the OUTEX Representative informing / rather inviting me to an interview at CFAO MOTORS / Unitrans. I then went to my first interview, then received a call inviting me again to mu second interview, from the after I received a call from OUTEX telling me I had gotten the internship.
Company
I am now working for Unitrans/ CFAO Motors I got my internship the. I am in VSB (Vehicle Support Bookings) and what we do is assist branches with their everyday queries, we work on the vehicles. The work I do I, I would say changeling because you never know what to except because every day you deal with something new. Though it’s nice because I get to learn new things that grow me in the industry. For example, I deal with such this as. Pulling Daily reports, DeVatting line’s, Demo Accessories, Related Parties. Also getting training on how to do Internal payments. Invoicing, just to name a few, All of this can and is very tiring, but quite an experience, It is very growing in terms of the career path. I look forward in growing in this path and going out the to instill what I have learned here on this internship and getting my Diploma in Finance so I can also study further to open up more possibilities.
