am Zandile Nhlabathi, I grew up in Rockville in Soweto for most of my life then relocated in
Dobsonville in late 2017. I began my school career in 2007 in a school a primary school in Bosmont. I
left high school after grade 9 for a TVET College because I wanted a "school" that would allow me to
use my creative abilities and thinking, which is why I enrolled for a National Certificate (Vocational) in
Marketing. After completing that 3 year course I then furthered my studies in Marketing Management
N6, which I completed in September 2020 at South West Gauteng College.

Why Marketing Management N6
Growing up, I had always loved being creative in an artistic and fashionable way but at the time when
I was in the process of enrolling at the abovementioned college I didn't meet the requirements of
studying Clothing production, but I came across the Marketing NC(V) course in the college's
prospectors and I was greatly intrigued by the modules listed there, most especially Graphic Design,
as well as the possible career paths like being a Marketing Strategist of a corporate company.
I furthered my studies by enrolling for a Marketing Management N6 course at the same institution.
After completing my N6,I required an 18 month internship to complete my Diploma
Internship
After applying for many internships programs in various private companies and government
departments with no success, my mother advised me to research a website called "GW Connect" that
she stumbled upon during her search for employment. And I did that, registered, submitted my
detailed Curriculum Vitae on their website. A few days later I received a phone call from a Human
Resource personnel working for Outex, she asked me if was I available for an 18 months internship in
my field of studies and I knee that that was the call I had been praying, working hard and hoping for. I
went for an interview and was accepted. All great thanks to GWConnect and various other
stakeholders.

The company I work for is a popular, reputable and awesome company that cares a lot about their

departments close by. The people I work with are very helpful, friendly and just create a great vibe for
