My name is Bridget Selomo, Originally from Limpopo,Bolobedu. I matriculated in 2016 at Morwatshehla high school. In 2019 I enrolled for Human Resources Management N4-N6 at Capricorn College. I am currently staying in Johannesburg, Alexandra. I am a young, confident , self-organized and hard working person who strives for excellence in any task assigned to me.
Work Experience
*After completing my N6, I worked as a store clerk/admin at Bigsave watloo for 5 months where I gained vast experience in the retail industry.
Why N6 Human Resources Management
I have a passion and love for Human Resources on a functional as well as a strategic level. Any company needs a Human Resource department to function properly, this function plays a key role in the workings of any organization as they handle all the employee-related matters in a company.
Internship
During my 5 months contract with Bigsave watloo, I was working closely with some of the interns from GWconnect. They recommended and encouraged me to contact GWconnect as I was busy searching for an HR internship. Within a period of 1 to 2 months after sending my CV to GWconnect I got a call and they arranged interviews for me.
Company
I am currently working as an HR intern with AIH human capital at Pretoria. AIH human capital is a strategic HR partner focusing on organizational design, skills development, Change and talent management to improve organizational return on investment on their biggest asset- human capital. They specialize in best practice and practical HR methodologies that are customized to organizations unique HR needs and environment, they have subsequently evolved to deliver various business, learning and efficiency solutions for clients across all industries. I am very happy to be placed as an intern with AIH human capital, this is the best company I ever worked with, they are very friendly and always put their employees first. I am gaining a lot of experience in a position that allows me to grow as a person and as an employee.
