My name is Tendani Khomunala. I am originally from Limpopo,Gondeni. I matriculated
in 2016 at Newgate College that is in Johannesburg. I then studied Human Resource
Management at Westcol Randfontein campus in 2017 where I did my N4 & N5, but I
dropped out and went back in 2020 to complete my N6.
Work Experience
*I was working as a sales representative for Vonestra Marketing from July 2018 till
October 2019, where I left because selling wasn’t really my passion.
Why N6 Human Resources Management
I chose Human Resource Management because I love helping other people and solving
complex problems people face every day. Bridging the gap between management and
employee which brings several benefits to an organization.
Internship
I was browsing the internet looking for Human Resource internships, then I came across
My college website where I got really curious and found a registration site, a few weeks
later I got contacted about my enquiry. September 2021, I received a call inviting me for
an interview in Mooikloof.
Company
I work for Jollify Trading. The company is one of the Engen Platinum One Stop Head
offices which mainly handles the Administration process. It is a very small company
which I know I will learn a lot and improve my skills and experiences in the Human
Resource industry.
