About Me
My name is Tercia Napyane, I currently reside in phumula but originally from Limpopo, Groberlsdal. I matriculated in 2009 from Oosrand secondary school, then I went to further my studies at Boston College doing Bookkeeping but then I couldn’t continue due to financial problems, I then took a gap year for a while and then decided to go try my luck at Ekurhuleni west college in Germiston doing financial management in 2013 second semester, although I took some gaps in between I managed to get through my studies, I never gave up or wanted to throw in the towel because I wanted to make my parents proud, so I completed my N6 in 2015 and graduated in 2016.

Work Experience
*During my studies from 2013 to 2015 there were some points where I couldn’t get space for enrollment and so I didn’t want to just sit at home and feel sorry for myself I then decided to go job hunting and got a job at MR Price in Germiston for 3 months and from there I worked at PEP Stores in Vosloorus Chris Hani mall for 3 to 6 months. Although it was fun I felt like retail wasn’t for me, one of the things that kept me going and pushing to get to where I am now.

Why Financial Management N6
I love money, “Yeah we all do’’, but I love Finance although I wanted to continues with Bookkeeping they didn’t have it at EWC I then decided to go with it, not my first option but second and I don’t regret choosing it. It has many opportunities.

Internship
It wasn’t easy but then sometimes having friends like the one I have it’s the best thing ever, my friend Sibongile Mseleku, who we have completed our N6 together told me about GWConnect and she send me the email and told me to register there and so that’s what I did and within a week I got a call from Dorcas Mbalate HR team, although my first interview wasn’t a success my second one was and I am really greatful to them and to my friend. When I got the call, I couldn’t believe it I was so tired of sitting at home and that call just made my day and changed my life. Now I’m an intern at Unitrans Motors in Boksburg.

Company
I’m at Unitrans Motors (Pat Hinde Toyota Boksburg) it’s a car dealership company, great environment, great stuff, they were welcoming, loving and made me feel at home the very same day I started my internship, I was trained by Mbatha who was very kind and patient to me, and we still working together, I love my department I enjoy working here and I love what I am doing. I am 100% that by the time I am done with my internship I will be the best at what I do. I am so grateful to GWConnect and the company that I am in for this opportunity. Never give up on what you want in life. Thank you.
