My name is Nthabiseng Esther Makondo, I am 23 years old and will be turning 24 years in May 2022. I Currently reside in Temba with my family. I matriculated in 2016 at Ratshepo secondary school which qualified me for a bachelors’ degree entrance. In 2017 I enrolled for IT and End user Computer at Icollege, It was for a duration of a year and then I later realized it was something that am not passionate about. In 2018 I decided to enroll at Tshwane North TVET College for Financial Management and it was for the duration of 2 years where I obtained my financial management N level certificate with 3 distinctions.
Work Experience
*From April 2019 to November 2019, I worked at Tshwane North College in Temba as a peer tutor where I taught Financial Accounting and Cost management Accounting.

I am highly organized, dedicated, Optimistic, hardworking, risk taker and a long-life learner. I am very committed person that is passionate in working with numbers and figures. I have always enjoyed solving problem and working things out and this is the reason for pursing my choice of career. I possess a strong interpersonal skill, demonstrating the utmost discretion and integrity with dealing with confidential information. I was also inspired by my Grade 11 Accounting teacher she as a great impact on me, she made me fall in love with accounting.
Internship
Through school recommendation, each year the are top students selected by the institution, I was one of them and I got a call from this lady outlining how GWConnect operate. She assisted me all through the way. It was simple, you just register on their site, make your profile and then upload the necessary documents. It did not take long, after 3 days; I got a call that they have arrange an interview for me. I like the fact that they give you a background of the company and possible questions that are likely to be asked during the interview. In the morning their call to check if you were able to get the location and whom to look for when you get there. Again, on my first day they call to check if you were able to get the place and what time to be there, GWConnect it’s like a guardian angel. I would recommend anyone to register with them, they save you from going up and down. Now am currently working as am intern for a very decent company.
Company
I am an intern for Afrocentric company at Louwlardia Centurion. I started working there on the second of August 2021. My first day was fantastic, I was welcomed with a warm welcome and my manager showed me around just to familiarize myself with the building. She introduced me to the staff and every one was nice.
For the past month of my experience, I recognized so many things about the company I work for, it has a great quality, it has teamwork, Collaboration, work environment that gives everyone a chance to show others what their got. It’s an environment that one can explore things. This company have enhanced my knowledge, skills, and my personal growth. I am happy with what I have learned so far and I am privileged to work in this company.
