My name is Rofhiwa Chantel Phaladi. I live in Alexandra River Park. As far as my educational qualifications is concerned I am a Bcom Accounting graduate, with Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences studying CTA 1( Certificate in Theory of Accounting Science) at University of South Africa.
Work Experience
*I was a Tutor at University of Venda from the year 2016 - 2017. From December 2020 I was an educational Assistant at a Primary School in my hometown.
Why Finance Graduate
Numbers are my motivation. Since my senior primary, I always had interest on the Economic and Management sciences Subject. The interest continued to high school were I chose commerce stream and then to varsity applications were Bcom Accounting was my first choice .I am grateful that I was admitted to the course.
Internship
Well, tell me about the stress that comes with Job hunting. One this faithful day while busy surfing the internet I came across the Outex website were I registered my CV. Thankfully I received a phone call from an agent in Intelleto who told me about the finance internship and also asked me if I am keen. She arranged for an interview and I received a phone call congratulating me on the finance internship position.

The company creates game changing integrated consumer and business services for migrant and marginalised communities. The finance department is team-work oriented. The environment is intellectually challenging and I am introduced to broad range of financial and business management skills at the same time allowing flexibility and personal growth.
