My name is Vhulenda Khorommbi. i am 24 years of age. I matriculated in 2015 from Tshikevha Christian school. I then enrolled for a degree in Bcom accounting in 2016.I currently hold a bachelor of commerce in accountancy degree currently studying towards CIMA qualification on the management level.
Work Experience
*I volunteered to work in an audit firm (Lande consulting) in Bryanston for a month in 2021 where i was assisting with the preparation of financial statement and preparing the planning materiality report.the following month i was offered a Job as a Ufiling administrator at Alteram solutions from September 2021until April 2022. i was responsible for taking calls from clients, escalating their queries to relevant department and sending emails back to clients with provided feedback.
Why Finance Graduate
From grade 7 i realized I developed love for EMS. I would obtain excellent marks. I had found love in accounting, i always looked forward to having accounting lessons in high school as the teacher we had was funny. He had methods that just made everything in accounting easier. I then decided to pursue a career in accounting. I have since been a lover of Accounting
Internship
I have been struggling with getting an internship related to my qualification. i saw a post on linkedin and i applied for it.
i was called for an interview in Johannesburg. I applied for leave at my previous work and was denied as it was short notice. i kept on being hopeful that an opportunity will locate me. i was called again for an interview in centurion and i passed the interview. I was so happy!
