My name is Nozipho khosa I was born and raised in Johannesburg, I went to Ponego secondary school that's where I completed grade 12 in 2018. I went straight to college at Ekurhuleni West Tvet College that’s where I gained my theory experience in Human Resource management. I am a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. I work efficiently both as an individual contributor as well as along with a team.
Work Experience
*I worked in a call centre for two years I was a consultant at Sanlam, I gained knowledge and I improved my communication skills. Working in a call centre I had to have a good memory and a higher level of knowledge retention goes hand-in-hand with providing quality support to customers. As part of my role as a call centre consultant I had to be able to learn and memorize information on how to handle certain callers and the company you are representing.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
I chose to study Human Resource management because I enjoy working/helping people, HRM helps by developing a strategic approach to recruitment, training, analysis, and every other intricacy of HR. Moreover, I will gain exposure to the design, process, and execution of such strategies in a global scenario, so that's another one of the benefits of studying human resource management
