My name is Mpho Bridget Mutavhatsindi I reside in Soshanguve (Pretoria). I matriculated in 2013 at Central Secondary School. I then persuade my studies at Tshwane North tvet College studying Human Resource Management (N6), which I completed in June 2017. After no luck in getting in service training I then studied Cosmetology at Tshwane South College in 2018
Work Experience
*In April 2019 I worked as a beauty therapist at Ikhutsa Ultimate Relaxation Day Spa, performing treatments such as facials, full body massage and scrub, pedicure, manicure and waxing. Then in June 2020-June 2021 I enrolled in the covid-19 program at schools as a Bus Conductor/ Teacher Assistant at Gontse Primary School were my duties were to screen, sanitize, monitor learners on the bus every morning and afternoon making sure they wore their masks correctly and kept social distances. Assisted teachers getting the class ready for lessons and supporting in managing class behavior. In September 2021- March 2022 worked as a Bus Conductor/Assistant Teacher as Pele Primary School, performing same duties as the in previous school. But I also Assisted in typing question papers, making copies, marking the register, helping learners who need extra support in reading and recording SAMS(School Administration Management System).
Why N6 Human Resource Management
I chose to study Human Resource Management because I have passion for business and have the ability to work in a fast paced, high stressful environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
Internship
I was referred to Outex by my friend. I registered after two days I was asked to update/create a profile. After a few weeks I was called and invited for an interview. Then after three days I was called, told that I was successful. I later got placed at the company I am working for.
Company
The company I am currently working for is Omega Risk Solutions (Security company), it is a healthy working environment. The staff is welcome and friendly
