My name is Sethe Hlophego Athenetious, I’m 22 years old. I completed my matric in 2018 at Limpopo province Mphuma Secondary School. In 2019 after completing my matric I registered and got accepted at Westcol TVET Collage to study Human Resources Management.
Work Experience
*In term of working experience I don’t have since after my matric I registered to study were I was accepted and after completing my N6 I immediately got an Internship.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
I personally believe in order for business to make profit and be productive, the company need to create the perfect or good working environment of the employees. Therefore I choose to study Human Resource because I believe that, I can make sure that the employees get the perfect working environment and equal treatment in the company.
Internship
I applied for many companies and what is needed mostly is experience. I submitted my CV at school were I studied and it worked for me. I think personally hard working and not losing hope works, someone will notice the dedication.
Company
The company I’m currently working for is an open field of a learning curve, every work that is delegated to me is to make sure that I grow in my Human resources management skills.
