My name is Demand Melord Leshaba im currently reside in kaalfontein but I'm originally from Bushbuckrigde(Mp Stream Village) i completed my matric at Langa High school, i decided to do my studies with Ekurhuleni West TVET College Kempton Park Campus were i completed my N6 in 2017
Work Experience
*I have 7 years of experience working with Ecowize Company as a hygiene operator at Simba i have started at their plant at Isando and i move to PepsiCo Clearwater from Clearwater to PepsiCo Park at Elandsfontein, in 2016 when i was working at Clearwater site that were i decided to study part time at Ekurhuleni West college.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
I choose Human resources management because i love to interact with different people every day, handling new challenges on a daily basis, i love labour relations and wish to see fair labour practice to fellow employees and to work effectively with employees to improve the overall performance in the organization.
Internship
After completing my N6 i was applying and attending interviews with no success on the last company to attend i meet with other lady who was working there she introduced me to Gw connect i registered and within a month i got a call from Outex for an interview which I passed and started my intern at Murray and Roberts Cementation.
