I’m Asithandile Nompozolo from Eastern Cape. I came in Gauteng after I passed my Matric.
When I got in Gauteng I started to look for a job but there was no luck then I decided to go back to school.
I went to Ekurhuleni West College Kempton park in 2016. I registered there for NCV in Finance because I did Commercial subjects in high school, the reason of me registering for NCV while I have Matric it’s because I wanted more knowledge about Mathematics and Accounting. I managed to pass in duration time then again decided to register for Nated in Finance In 2019 then I completed in 2020 October because of COVID, I was supposed to finish by June 2020. I am hard working individual and also fast learner. I can work under a lot pressure and I’m not scared of challenges.

They called me for interview and I passed, they hired me for a permanent position in Sales. I started working there by May 2021.

While working there , I was looking for in services training so that I can get my Diploma.
I saw a post of GW connect in one of the groups in Facebook the group name is Youth of Tsomo then I registered. It took months for them to call but they finally did. When I was to finish a year at Tiger brands Outex called me and offer me opportunity of being an intern in Finance
Why N6 Financial Management
I chose financial Management because firstly it is advantageous and you never find any work environment without finance department. Finance is more important in the business because it helps to determine how to acquire and distribute funds, make important financial decisions, improve profit, increase the value of company and keep the business financially table. It also helps the organisation maximise profit, liquidity and earnings per share. finance is critical part of the business as it aims to maintain and improve the financial health of the company.
Internship
I got the link to register on Outex from Facebook. I got the email of interview schedule at McCarthy Toyota head office in hatfield. I went there I was interview by an Accountant and Finance Manager . I passed my interview then I had to quit at Tigerbrand to start there immediately.
Company
My first job description was to do asset register at all McCarthy Toyota and Lexus Dealership.
I managed to do them all when I was doing the last of the biggest from them all , Midrand
The bosses of Midrand liked me then they asked my Supervisor for me to be transferred this side, I also I agreed because I felt like I’m going to learn more different things since it’s the biggest dealership. I felt like Hatfield it’s going to limit me in learning because I was going to focus on Finance only . From August at the end I started to work Midrand.
