My name is Nonzwakazi Anna Mramba as per ID,i grew up in Johannesburg and did my schooling here from pre-primary school right up to college but I'm originally from the Eastern Cape at a town called Mount Frere(Kwa-Bhaca).I would say life in Johannesburg is pretty much informative because of the high level of education,employment and standard of living we get here ,which cant be compared to the rural areas.I completed my high school at Bryanston High School which is in the north of Johannesburg as i matriculated in 2019.I then later on went onto tertiary at Western College(Krugersdorp Campus) where i studied Human Resource Management from January 2021 right up until June 2022.
Work Experience
*I dont have much work experience because when i finished matric,the start of COVID occurred but later on that year which was in 2020 when restrictions were lifted i managed to get a seasonal job at Mr Price Sandton for about two months.
Why Human resources management N6
Human Resource Management is all about the rights employees get in the work place.I really enjoyed and became more interested in the field itself when i was doing my theory at school.I find that in most instances employees voices are often not heard.I just want to impact the lives of employees in a positive way even through working with people is not easy as people are not the same in terms of personality and in general sense the way they process information hence its important to want to work with people when choosing to go into the HR profession
Internship
One day I was scrolling through my social media when I saw the Mycollege email address I quickly took a screenshot and sent all requested documents.The following day I received a call to update and create a GWConnect profile which had to be complete to atleast 80%.A month later I received a call if I'm not mistaken it was on a Friday afternoon just before lunchtime?the lady from the recruitment department informed me that they'll be sending my profile to a potential client not so long after that on the Monday a different lady was telling me about an interview I'm meant to attend on Thursday the 29th of September 2022-I WAS ESTATIC from there I just knew the job was mine
