Work Experience
*After completing my N6 in Management assistant in 2021, I was employed by Stats SA as a Field worker supervisor, of which it was a challenging position however I gained all of experience in the 2 months working for them, how to communicate with people and also have patience.
Why Management Assistant N6
At first I had no clue regarding this faculty (MA - Management Assistant). I was planning to change it in the next semester however things changed, I fell in love with studies especially communications even though I was struggling with it but did help me to improve my communication skills and my passion for it grew more.
Internship
I was browsing through internet when I came across GWConnect post, at the time I was doing my N5, I provide all the information tht was required. After sometime within 5 months after completing my N6, I received a call from them, asking if I'm still available for Internship. The GWConnect helped me a lot with this opportunity, as my hopes were starting to fade, GWConnect saved me on time
Company
I'm currently working for Mesure Facilities Management that is providing facilities services on behalf of Medschme Holdings as an Admin Intern, and it's all thanks to GWConnect. The position that I'm in, requires patience and good communication skills as we're dealing with clients on daily basis. The working environment is friendly Including the colleagues. At time I wanted to change the place and company however I saw alot of opportunities, as the work it doesn't revolve around admin work only but to some other work, which I'm greatful because I've learned a lot, the work might be challenging but before the day ends, I've gained some experience and knowledge.
