I am a tented Management assistant, and was assigned a crucial role in a Research Building as a Receptionist. I am professional, self-motivated, organised and can be trusted with confidential and sensitive work. I genuinely enjoy working with people and I make a good impression as your customer's first point of contact. I am managing the space ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Work Experience
*I have been working at the Reception in the Directors office and managing the space. This is the type of work I have been engaged in.: Greeted and assisted visitors, providing a warm and professional first point of contact. Managed a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate staff members and taking messages as needed. Scheduled and coordinated appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of office resources. Maintained the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handled incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distribution. Assisted with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse range of clients and staff. Adapted quickly to changing priorities and worked effectively under pressure. Utilized Microsoft Office and Excel, and booking software for efficient task completion. Creating requisition for Directors trips and ensuring that the Per-diems are paid on time.

I sent the email on support@my-hr with my CV and supportive documents, then I received a call to create a profile and attach my documents, few months later I received an interview call, which I successfully passed.
