My Name is Rifilwe Zelda Sekoati, I grew up in township called Tembisa, I went to Moriting Primary School and attend my high school at Zitikeni Secondary School. I did my N6 at Tshwane South TVET College.
Work Experience
*After my N6 I volunteered at Parliamentary Community Office (PCO) Tembisa Branch for period of 5 months stopped because of COVID-19. Then I worked as a Covid-19 Screener at Tshwane South TVET College Centurion Campus. Then my manager noticed that I have N6 in Management Assistant and asked to assist at Switchboard for a week and he moved me to Admin to get more exposure with the course I studied for.
Why Management Assistant N6
t teaches you basic computer skills, as well as other skills relating to the office environment, and I love administration and office work.
Internship
The time I was assisting at the College, the was a student who came to apply for her diploma. I asked where she did her work experience, she said Outex, she explained to all the process and steps to apply.
I did as she said, I did apply and indeed I did get a call to from them for an Interview at their Offices and is how I got my internship.
Company
I’m currently working at Pinnacle ICT company, I’m in HR department I do Training coordinator and assist HR Admin. Pinnacle is very nice company and it gave me a great career exposure. I’ve learned a lot under training coordinator, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. And I’m grateful to Outex to the opportunity they gave me to get my work experience, I really gain much experience on this internship.
