My name is Matshediso Maifo born and bred in Limpopo in a village called Senwabarwana popularly known as Bochum. But currently residing in Pretoria West Hercules. I was raised by strong woman who taught me respect, kindness and humbleness also she taught me to spread love everywhere I go, to listen to my elders when I'm wrong, to listen when I'm reprimanded and lastly to learn from my mistakes. I completed d my matric in 2015 at Phagamang Secondary School at the age of 18. My dream is to become a model in future because during my high school and couldn't follow my dream because there were no resources or facilities for that.
Work Experience
*I completed my N6 in 2018, I started applying for jobs each and every month I was sending out my Cvs with no luck or email saying we've received your Cvs, but luckily in 2021 I received a call saying I must come for an interview at Employment Solutions for people with Disabilities. Got employed but unfortunately in 2022 March I was retrenched, by God's mercy I got an email from my college that I should submit my Cv and supporting documents for an internship.
Why Management Assistant N6
After my matric I had no financial assistance for the course that I wanted to do so I took a gap year, around October I applied for Management Assistant then got funded by NSFAS. At first I was not really fond of the course but as time went by I fell in love with it. Made sure to make a success out the course because in our economy each and every course is important. Because of the high unemployment rate.
Internship
Through my college online application I was introduced to Outex. I created a profile then fortunate enough I was shortlisted, I went for an interview with the Bidvest Mccarthy Isuzu company I was a bit nervous because I knew nothing about the motor industry. But the interviewer said that there's nothing to worry about, because we learn everyday in life. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity I was given by Outex.
Company
Bidvest Mccarthy Isuzu Trucks is motor dealership company that deals with servicing of cars, selling new trucks, selling used and new cars. In this company team work is vital because through team work our heads and minds together we can achieve the best results. I love the motto of the company that says with you for the long run, the way they welcome and receive customers.
