I am Rethabile Suzan Nkuna, a 21 year old who currently resides in East Rand, Phumula Roodekop. I matriculated in 2018 at Phumula Garderns Secondary School. I then took a gab year in 2019 but then realized that i have to further my studies. In 2020, i decided to further my studies at Ekurhuleni West Tvet College in Germiston, where i studied Management Assistant and completed in 2021.

Why Management Assistant N6
My love for helping people and being in a office environment excited me when i was working at the cafe. It made me imagine myself in an actually office and being linked to professional people. Also being a link through which people can communicate to their managers is important to me. Having your manager to trust you and know that without you, daily duties don't run smooth for him, makes me feel proud and is important to me.
Internship
I applied for internships in many companies but got no response. There was a point where i thought of going back to College and do another course. One of my friends advised that i should register at GWConnect website and submit my CV there. Within a week i was called and told to go for an interview at Stallion Security. GWConnect also sent a few interview questions so that i can prepare myself. The interview was a success and now i'm growing in this company.
Company
Working in this company became exactly what i have imagined for myself. I am growing inside and out. It gives so much experience and the environment is so warm. They involve their employees in every decision made and the culture is being respected and professionalism is being practiced all the time.
