I applied for an internship at Intelleto and they based me at Clear Access. This internship helped me a lot as I needed to work integrated learning before I can graduate.
Company
Clear Access is an internet service provider. I work as a support technician tier 1. I provide technical and networking resolution to end-users (customers), by performing diagnosis while guiding user through step-by-step solutions. This include resolving username and password problems, router configuration, blocking and reinstating internet connection, troubleshooting the customer’s router remotely.
