My name is Nompumelelo Melliam Mogotse. I am currently working as an Intern situated at Tevo Pty Ltd .Right after completing my matric at Vukuqhakaze Secondary School,I went to further my studies at Erkuhuleni East College (Benoni Campus) studying the course of Human Resources Management and that's where I have found my passion and self realisation towards. I am one person who believes that the sky is the limit .In my free time I read novels.

A course in HRM can help you develop a strategic approach to recruitment, training, analysis, and every other intricacy of HR.have a goal and the goal is to have my own recruitment consultancy one day. To be my own boss, and help companies from the area with their recruitment. Having said that, I know that I cannot just open a consultancy without any real experience.
Internship
After so much struggle of applying into different companies with no response, the was this one time where I saw the GWConnect post on Facebook then I decided to go through the comments I saw how you register and apply at the same time I took the shot of doing not knowing that within a month I will be called not just once for an interview opportunity I went there with joy and pride in my heart because I knew that it was now my time ,by God's grace after the interview in the same month of November 2022 I was called to sign a contract to start on the 5th of December 2022 and that was a miracle.
Company
It's full of energy, user friendly and enthusiasm. I am always challenging myself to always do better . The office environment is relaxing and welcoming. I am learning new thing everyday which makes it even more exciting new because you learn on how to do things,meet different people and being a game changer
