My name is Sophy Frost, I am 27 years old. I was born and bread here in Gauteng. I grew up at Vosloorus. I did my schooling here in Gauteng from primary to high school. I Matriculated in 2015 at Erasmus Monareng Secondary School. In 2018 I studied Office Administration at Rosebank College. In 2021 I then studied Human Resources Management at Ekurhuleni West TVET College.
I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate with a good knowledge of Office Administration and recently doing my in-service training in Human Resources Management at WG House consult. I am self-motivated, reliable and hard working person. I am a good timekeeper, always willing to learn new skills. I am punctual and motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce a high standard of work. I give my fullest commitment in everything I do.
Work Experience
*I worked as Research Assistant at The Aurum Institute which is a healthcare organization that has been successfully battling the joint scourge of the HIV and TB. At The Aurum Institute I was doing learnership for 12 months. I started working at The Aurum institute from 01 December 2019 to 30 November 2020. I was a Research Assistant in cervical cancer screening in HIV positive woman. I worked with various clinics, which are J Dumane clinic, Goba clinic, Mary Moodly clinic and Roundebult clinic. It was a great experience working with The Aurum Institute.

Human Resources Management - I choose to study HRM because I realized that I have a passion for working with people. Because it provides with many job opportunities across a variety of sectors and industry. I fell in love with HRM because it deals with hiring, training, development and general people skills etc. I also fell in love with HRM because it enables you to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and profitability of the organization.
Internship
I saw a post on Facebook that GW Connect is currently looking for interns, then I registered a profile with them and after I received a call from them inviting me for interview. I attended the interview and passed the interview then I was hired.
Company
WG House is a chartered accountancy firm that deals with several specific activities within the spectrum of accountancy. It is a good and professional company to work for. It helps interns to get their in-service training.
