Outex played an important role in shaping my interest in HR by giving me hands-on exposure to recruitment and administrative work. I was involved in tasks such as assisting with candidate screening, organizing employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Through this experience, I saw how effective recruitment and strong administration can positively impact both employees and the organization. Being part of these processes showed me how HR supports people at every stage of their journey, and it motivated me to grow further in this field and make a meaningful contribution.
