My name is Karabo Mosela Makgale I live in Mohlakeng Randfontein. I matriculated in 2018 at AB Phokompe Senior Secondary School and went to further my studies at Western TVET College where I completed my N6 in Human Resource Management. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn’t afraid to face challenges. I am assertive and ambitious, always willing to learn and explore new things.

Why Human resources management N6
I chose Human Resource Management because it gives you the ability to understand different details and aspects of a business and it also plays an important role in any company because the department manages and promotes the most vital asset which is people. And for the love I have to be able to develop friendship, strengthen relationships and interacting with new people.
Internship
After completing my N6 I received a call from GWConnect and they told me that they got my information and results from Westcol. They asked me to create a profile and upload my documents and updated CV. After a week or two they called and told me about a possible 18 month internship at Meadow feeds. I first did a telephonic interview with Outex then a formal interview at Meadow Feeds. Two days after my interview I received a call that I have passed my interview and was invited for contract signing at Pretoria. February 2023 I started my Internship with Meadow feeds, all thanks to GWConnect and Outex.
Company
I am now part of Meadow Feeds. Meadow Feeds is a company that produce a variety of specialized diets and custom feed mixes for livestock and game industries. The working environment is very healthy, supportive members and it also gives you the opportunity to learn new skills.
