My name is Dimakatso Emmah Seakgosing, I am 23 years old. I currently reside in Motsoaledi, Diepkloof. I was born and raised in North West (Derby). I matriculated at Mphe-Bana High school in 2017. In 2018 I decided to go and further my studies at Westcol TVET College where I completed my N4,N5 and N6 in Human Resources Management. I am optimistic, smart, self-confident, hardworking, and have a positive mindset.

*After completing my N6 in Human Resources Management, I applied at the University of Johannesburg up until I got my internship.
Why Human resources management N6
I know that the HR departments are responsible for many things, including employee selection, recruiting and training processes, workplace communication, payroll and benefits administration, disciplinary actions, termination processes, and much more. As an HR intern, I enjoy being able to help people fulfill their potential by hiring the right candidates and then helping them thrive in their jobs. HR allows me to express my personality every day. I love the day-to-day tasks we engage in and helping to solve the problems that may arise.
Internship
In around August 2019, I was browsing through the internet looking for internship programmes and that’s when I got across the GW-Connect webside and I registered and finally in around October 2022 they contacted me, now am working with Fine Blanking.
Company
Fine Blanking (Pty) Ltd is an automotive component manufacturer specialising in metal pressings, tool ,jig and die-making and CNC Machining. It offers the opportunity to learn, grow and build upon current skills. I got exposed to many tasks and learning new things that are not HR oriented only. It’s a healthy and friendly working environment, and they do not limit your work, it allows you to grow as an employee.
